Fairground Carousel

This is an extravagant recreation of a Victorian carousel with hand sculpted animals and hand-painted plaques depicting scenes from London and around the world.
A heavy fruit sponge with five layers of royal icing form the base topped with a pastillage icing barrel organ casing supporting the ornate roof.

The only items that can not be eaten on this lavish design are the poles that support the animal rides!

Who would not like to capture and bite the head off a monster. Based on individual cupcakes we can create any animal or monster with cream icing and jelly decorations

Mermaid Dreamers

This cake features two sugar mermaids sitting in the sun on their vanilla sponge-chocolate coated rocks surrounded by toffee seaweed and milk/white chocolate sand and surf, chatting and combing their hair (as all good mermaids do!). Can be created in fondant icing or in chocolate and can feature any combination of mermaids and merbabies, pirates and buried treasure or dolphins and sea creatures.

Both the Princess and the bed are completely edible and can of course be decorated in the birthday girls favourite colours!
