With the wine bottle created from a chocolate swiss roll and the packet crackers based around a battenburg - all is not what it seems. Everything is edible with the individual crackers created from toasted marzipan and the chesses, cold meats and garnishes all made in fondant icing.

12” vanilla, 8” chocolate fudge and a 6” coconut stacked cake with cookie televisions depicting the different roles that staff played in the production of Classical music TV for the Proms season 2008.
